Can't upload photos

When I want to attach a photo, I open that section.

I have 6 pages of photos. Below that it says photos not used within an hour will be deleted. Huh. These go back many years! I can't see any way to delete them. And I can add a file, but when I click upload nothing happens.

It always shows you the photos that are already in your album, that has no bearing on uploading new ones.

I will see what I can find out about Windows Pro 7.
