Major League "Cat"ch? So, NOW what?

There was a 'rally monkey' a few years back in Anaheim and, more recently, the rally squirrel........

    I like the cat, better.

Was the cat safely removed from the field? And taken to some kind of safe place?

Apparently someone in the stands claimed the cat and as soon as left the stadium the cat escaped and the Cards are looking for him.

I also read that the stadium was going to adopt some new procedures about caring for any animals that show up during a game!

Similar story with a great ending............back in 1990 a cat came on the field during an A's vs Yankee's game in Oakland and they managed to get her into a bathroom. This cat, Evie, is what inspired Tony La Russa and his wife to start his Animal Rescue Foundation. And I am proud to be a volunteer there for the past 9 years.

Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

I do hope the cat will wind up in a good, SAFE home after all this!!!

Would it be TOO much to ask of the Rally Cat to throw out the first "ball" on the night he makes his debut as a full fledged mascot?
