I am doing this - it is supposed to take 8 weeks but I will take a bit longer if needed. Today I repeated the 2 minutes walking, 2 minutes running from the other day. Am not ready for the next level. However, about halfway through I felt a second wind - didn't last long but shows my body is catching on to this. My Health app had a suggested learning to run program as well. It says to start with running 2.18 km. I stuck with my 2/2 as I tried to work that out in my head.
Our one hour walking route is 5 km round trip. So - 2.5 km one way; I could visualize how far I'd need to run. Nope, nope, nope. Not yet!
I discovered my Samsung Health app quite by accident. What a great tool! It tracks my food as I plug it in and lets me know the balance of carbs/fat/protein. My fat content is higher than I'd like. However if I have some carbs it changes the balance.


The app almost makes this FUN!
