    School Yard outing

Thanks to Mother Nature -- bitter cold, and multiple snow events -- the fluffs have been house bound. All that pent up energy leads to cabin fever. Today we had a 'heat wave' of sorts, 26F. So off we went for a walk and then romp off leash.

This vid is about 3.5 minutes. In the first 15 seconds or so, you will see on the right a white house with a tree in the yard -- that is our back yard.

I continued to walk around the perimeter and let the fluffs explore and run.

Here is a good shot where you can see our back yard, and the back of our house. The white house with the tree.

Willy is yawning. Tasha is barking.

    Few more to come.

Another vid, this one is short.

Decided to take the 'short cut' back home. Easier than trying to connect leashes! I lead the way, and the troops followed.

I will add: this snow was up to my crotch! I was sinking all the way, the fluffs aren't sinking quite as much. More exercise for them ha haaa.

Now home, they are all sleeping. Willy, Tasha and Belle are on my lap (the laptop is balanced on the arm of the recliner) and Riley is in the adjacent recliner.

    Thanks for looking!

Hee hee - glad they had their sweaters on otherwise they'd be easy to lose in the snow, particularly facing away from you! And I bet that also prevents spending the rest of the day getting ice out of the curls, too!

Yay, Fluffs! You got a bit of a break in the weather, and spent some time outdoors! You look very nice in your winter wear! I thought of you with a smile when I saw the Bichon on the Westminster show

You got it, Karen, plus it helps drivers to see them when we are walking on the street.

Thanks for looking, Mon, they did have a great time.

Elyse, we know the bichon who won the breed, from the bichon FB page Bichons Rock! Tiki is a great pup. And I believe she was owner handled, as well.

Forgot to mention, the 'short cut' snow was up to my crotch!

I love those sweaters! We got Zeplyn a camo coat. I love camo, but Bruce actually picked this coat out for her. It is orange on the inside, not my favorite. But it is reversible so I could turn it around and she'd look like a road worker!

Isn't it the best when you get home and they are all pooped out, tired and happy?
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

The Fluffs look so cute in their coats out playing in the snow. That was one narrow path for everyone to work their way through.
The frost is on the pumpkin & I've been BOO'D by two pet talk ghosts.

Hi Bonny! The 'path' did not exist -- I made it, and the troops followed!

The fluffs look nice in their sweaters! I know what you mean about not being able to get out due to the cold!

It looks like they had a fun snow day!

As always those fluffs captured my attention-- they're all so very cute, especially in their winter togs....they will be sleeping for a while after a treck like that--- might be a good idea if you joined them for a wee nap, sometimes those shortcuts aren't really shortcuts and we end up with double the exercise....
Love their colourful togs, they always have such cute outfits.

I've been frosted--- thank you Cassie'smom

    I've been Boo'd----
