    The answer was:

    Science and art belong to the whole world, and before them vanish the barriers
    of nationality. Art is collaboration between God and the artist, and the less the artist does the better.

    No one got the word Science, and vanish also was a tough one - I kept hoping someone would guess C for cat - and then Science would have been more obvious!
