    Congrats to Utah

    Buried in a news piece about new laws in effect for the new year was a bit of excellent news: The State of Utah now prohibits municipalities from passing Breed Specific Legislation.

    Yay! I wonder how many other states this is now true for? I know that has been the case in Massachusetts for several years ....

    We know now Utah and Massachusetts do ...
