    what do u think of the blue healers nature/personality???

    what do u think of the blue healers nature/personality???
    do u think the male is more easy going than females.
    i have found that female bluehealers don't like younger females closer to there age as much as the others no matter how much u do stuff for them.
    i think they find it as compatition

    I just love heelers. I had a heeler boy for a while that broke my heart. But from having him I can tell you a little about them from my experiance with Taz(the heeler). Taz was an extremely loyal dog. He got along with my other dog, but hated other dogs he came across. He was an abused dog I rescued-only weighed 20 lbs when I rescued him, when I finally had to euthanize him-he weighed 45lbs-which is about what a healthy healer should weigh. Generally, a female will be easier going then a male-but that really depends on the dog. Taz was a very laid back dog. He was also a tennis ball maniac!! But since he was so abused as a young dog he couldn't put it behind him, and would attack anyone else that came close to him, so I finally had to put him to sleep-it broke my heart!!!!!!! WARNING: HEELERS WILL STILL YOUR HEART SO BE PREPARED!! Taz sure stole my heart, and it really broke my heart when I had to have him euthanized. I couldn't stay for it-I didn't have the heart. But the look in his eyes when I left him in that kennel knowing very well what would happen as soon as I left-it just broke my heart. I don't know if he knew what was to come or not-but the sadness in his eyes was very evident as the one person in the world who had shown him true love walked away from him. I had worked with many behavioral specialist and tried everything-but when nothing worked, I had no choice-but that still didn't make it any easier when I had to put him down. Here's a pictures of my sweet little boy.
