I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

I have been enjoying all-Canadian music all day long in celebration of Canada Day on CBC Radio (which comes in quite well here from Windsor, Ontario, 45 miles away).

Rob Reinhart hosts a show Saturdays 2-5pm called Rob Reinhart's Essential Music on WDET 101.9FM, public radio at Wayne State University in Detroit. Last Saturday's show was all-Canadian music in celebration of Canada Day too (playlist here: http://wdet.org/shows/rob-reinharts-...isode/6-28-14/).

During the show he said ""So great to live this close to that country and hear all the great music that comes pouring over the border... "

    I concur 100%!

    Happy 147th Birthday, Canada!!!

(P.S., Rob is also the source for the maple-leafy-flag graphic I posted above.. https://www.facebook.com/RobReinhart...52961601494466)

A friend of mine just told me that as of yesterday, Canada has implemented a law making it illegal to send spam in Canada!

    Is that right???!!!

Late to the par-tay, but Happy Canada Day to my fellow Canadians!

And yes, spam no longer allowed, in fact sites/groups are obligated by law to e-mail peeps on their lists and have them confirm that they still wish to be on said lists.
