Severe CH Kitty who is a male, 1 year old whose owner kept him outside dumped at the shelter. His name is Stevie and he gets around by dragging himself around.
He was surrendered on Saturday to the shelter and will be put down immediately when his time is up and I believe that is Weds.
He will be euthanized ASAP when hold comes off.
