    Chloe the head doe

Congratulations on being Pet of the Day Chloe!

Wow, I haven't met a goat before. You really are beautiful looking and you produce milk as well. What a multi-tasking star you are.

Really love your story and information about goat life, doelings and bucklings - new names I will add to my cat dictionary.

I'm so pleased you are now fit, healthy, happy and head doe.

Good luck my new friend, to you and your goat and human family.

    Love

    Nancy

    Precious Chloe!

Hi Chloe! Happy Pet of the Day, beautiful girl! Oh, how moved I was reading your backstory! You had such a sad, simply heartbreaking start at life, having been so mistreated by your former "humans," losing so many kids! Blessedly those dreadful days are but a distant memory, with nothing but happy, peaceful, carefree days to look forward to from here on in! And thanks to the unwavering devotion and unconditional love of your forever family, you even escaped your near brush with death!
Two weeks after kidding, Chloe got really sick and almost died from Milk Fever. I had her on two sleeping bags, covered with a goose-down comforter, with an electric heating pad underneath the comforter, to keep her warm. I slept on the floor, right next to her, in the garage that night, giving her medication every 30-45 minutes. She pulled through, and is now completely healthy!
Now that's an animal lover for you! And I'll just bet you were the best mommy to your triplets, who are now about to be mommies themselves! (I guess that will make you a grandma!) You truly are one extra special girl, Chloe, and your family so very lucky to have a best friend in you! Thanks to your family for sharing your very touching story and precious pics with us, Chloe! It was a pleasure getting to know you, and I learned a few things about goat horns as well! Enjoy your well earned day of honor, sweetheart, and every minute of your wonderful life there in AK! Lots of love and a big *hug* to you precious, Chloe!

Chloe what a beauty you are!!!

I've not seen a goat of your color before. You are stunning!!! I am so sorry about the babies you lost and your illness. Thankfully you have a very devoted human guardian who litterly stuck by your side until you were well. What a special bond you two share now. Please thank your family for sharing you with us. I hope you and your babies are all enjoying your special day to the fullest.

Congratulations, sweet Chloe, on being our very special Pet of the Day!!!

Hello, Chloe, head-doe! I'm glad you are healthy and your doelings are about to become mommies! How exciting that must be for your people! Especially for the person who stayed by your side and cared for you through milk fever. I hope your "grand-goats" will be healthy and strong! I'm sorry that your first people did not feed you a proper diet. What do you like to eat; do you eat hay? One thing I do know about goats is that their eyes have horizontal pupils and I see yours in the picture! I learned some things about goat horns too! Happy Pet of the Day to you, Chloe, doe-in-charge!
