    Happy V-day Thursday #572

    Happy Valentine's day to everyone!

I think that some red velvet cake is in order.....

I think a "red" drink is called for too!

    Strawberry Martini
    30 ml gin
    Dash of dry vermouth
    Dash of strawberry syrup

    1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.
    2. Stir and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
    3. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

    Done!

I will contribute heart-shaped butter cookies! I'll do pink spritz with vanilla in them, and striped pink and white with peppermint! Anyone wanna share?

I got the kettle on, having some chai while I thaw out!

Sounds yummy Karen. I'd like a cup of chai please. It's always a little cool here in the office.
RIP Lady, Thursday's won't be the same without you to cuddle with by the fire

Excellent, just brewed more, and happy to share! Remember folks tomorrow is Banana Bread day! I made some last weekend instead, but still the 15th was Uncle Mac's birthday, so banana bread should be made and enjoyed!

Grilled cheese with extra sharp cheddar, and a side of Piccalilli - am I a classic New Englander or what? Anyone wanna share? It's a snowy evening outside ....

Hee hee! Ayup, that'd do it! Good stick-to-the-ribs food!

Ah well, leftover heart-shaped spritz and tea are in order, anyone wanna share?

Oh my, finally a day with some warmth and sun shine attached to it. \

    Temps in the 50s!!!!

I'll refill and get some clean plates passed around.

Hot water, coffee, tea, cocoa and god knows what else!

    DONE!
