    Christmas Rose and short video

I took Rose to see Santa last Sunday. Bless her. She gets so scared in new situations. Santa was very nice. Said he had dogs, too. As she has more outings, her confidence will grow. It's taken over three months for her to start coming out of her shell. She's really a happy dog. Got a shortt video of her. We've been teaching her to speak but it was late at night so I couldn't let her go crazy. Took the other pics today. Was very cold and nasty today but will be getting worse. I saw the wreath on that cute building and thought she'd look good by it. Turns out there was a fireplace constructed inside. So cute! I have a tree I kep on my desk atwork so got that out of carand put it on mantle. Just wish weather had been better because the pics aren't realy clear and sharp. But, it's supposed to get much worseand I was afraid I'd miss the photo op. Can't be close to perfect all the time, though I do try. I love my Rose. She's become very special to me in this short time. Will be myfirst Christmas without my Dasher. Still miss him so much. Can someone please tell me how to correct sideways pics? Not like that on computer.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

    What a pretty girl

Have you tried music? It really helped with Digi when she was a mental case when she was a tiny pup. I used metal as it has all kinds of strange noises. To this day, if I play one of her metal CDs, she runs up to the speaker & listens to it lol

Awww, she looks so shy but sweet! Glad to hear she is coming out of her shell more, and becoming the happy loved dog she was always meant to be! I will now think of her when I sing "LO, How a Rose 'er Blooming" this Christmastime!

Awwwww, she's so adorable and is really doing so well. Goes to show what love can do. Merry Christmas to you all. I'm sure Dasher is watching from above and is beaming with pride.

She's so precious, Val. She's one lucky girl to have found the perfect mama. I know your heart will be missing your boy more than ever this Christmas. Much to you and Rose. ((hugs))
