    A Chimera Dog

    I've heard of this in cats but not dogs. The animals are really their own twin. (two sets of DNA.)

    Hope its not a fake internet story. The dog reminds me of an African cape hunting dog. They are my favorite.

    Yeah, I am not surprised, it's a genetic thing where in the early stages of life, two eggs merge into one critter, so it probably happens more often than we know, just this Lab has coloring differences between the two sides! If the genes were both for black puppies, we'd be none the wiser!

    I can deal with the Dog, but...
    I'm not sure if someone is pulling somebodies leg with the Cat picture. The perfect halfing on the face colors, stretches my imagination.

    The cat really is colored like that, it is a pretty well known kitty, I have seen pictures from several angles of that kitten.

    I am constantly amazed by the unique abilities of Mother Nature. Not that I indicated it initially, but I think that animal is quite hansom.
