Cali going to the white coats this aft - 22Aug13

I am afraid Miss Cali may have mouth troubles. The last 2 days she has barely touched her kibble, totally out of character for my pudgy girl. She's also been rubbing her face on everything, is really sucky with me at night time and spends her daytime naps in my closet. So at 3:30 this afternoon we will see the vet. Wish us luck.

Aww, hopefully it's an easy fix and she'll be back to normal soon.
Taz had a tooth issue and had to have one of his canine's removed. Are they called canine's in cats??
Anyway, I hope that's not the case for Miss Cali!
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

And the results - her teeth are fine, her ears are fine. But she is really pink, so the vet believes she is allergic to something. She's on pred for the next couple of days to settle down the itchies.

Oh dear - the ragweed around here this August has been brutal, I am on allergy medication 24/7 and still have been waking up with itchy eyes. Perhaps wiping her down with a damp cloth or a dryer sheet will help in case it is pollen thats bothering her.
