    Cali has an ear infection

Cali had to visit the white coats this afternoon. She scratched her ear till it bled. She is now wearing a soft blue cone and has to have drops every 12 hours in her left ear. As you can see, she doesn't look very happy. I keep telling her the blue hat brings out her lovely eyes.

Awww, Cali ... I hope your ear feels much better soon! The blue cone does bring out your pretty eyes! Gentle *kiss* for you, sweety and *kiss* for Diego, too.

Aww, poor Cali - but blue IS a good color for her, and you can tell her that happens to be one of my most favorite shades of blue, too!

Oh, poor baby! Dearest Cali, you do NOT look happy! and no wonder.

We are all sending our love and best wishes and healing energies that this is all cleared up soonest.

Cali's ear is feeling better, than you so much for asking Elyse. She is so good about letting me first clean her ear, then put in the drops. I took the cone off when I got home today. No scratching so far. She's been playing and generally being a stinker - like normal. We may try going cone free tonight so meowmie can get some sleep.
