I love this! I'll have to tell Bruce and we shall start calling it Feline Paralysis. As it stands now we just ask the other to do something and when they say "why can't you do it yourself?" we say "cuz I have a cat (or dog) in my lap". It works every time. I really wish it was possible to go pee for someone though. That's what always ends my Feline Paralysis.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Thanks for the funny. I read it to Bobcat (he couldn't get up because had 2 cats on his lap) and it gave him quite a chuckle.
Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.

Just a few minutes ago, I had Mac on my lap with his chin on my arm, purring up a storm. I know it sounds wimpy, but I wouldn]'t even move my arm to change the page on the computer screen, I waited until he decided to move. Yep, total body Feline Paralysis!

That's funny... and true. I recall when I had Luke and previous cats who would take up residence in my lap and I felt as if I could not/should not move LOL. These days it is my dog LilGirl who likes to get in my lap and nap and sometimes it's Sissy.
