    I am a female black domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 9 YEARS old.

    ... I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 12/28/2012 from NY 10009, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

    S/O: QAR Mild Dehydration, moderate appetie seen EENT: no ocular or nasal discharge,AS- poss growth noted on otoscope exam,occasional bleeding from AS CV: mm pink & moist, CRT < 2 sec. No murmurs/arrhythmias GI/GU: full adult dentition with slight tartar. Abdomen soft and non-painful, no abnormalities noted. MS/Neuro: good muscle tone and body condition. Ambulatory but ataxic, reluctant to walk , no intention tremors noted . CP-normal, has deep pain, head tilt to the right , Cranial nerves all WNL.no nystagmus noted A/P:heald tilt , ataxia , AS-growth - r/o neoplasia vs vestibular vs cerebellar disease vs other rec surgeon consult ,and full neuro work-up cont Clavamox (67.5mg/ml) 0.6 ml bid x 14 days LRS 50 ml SQ x 3 days rec NH placement

    Sad news, I'm afraid. A rescue went to the center very early to pull her but she had been euthanized already. People had pledged about $270 to save her but the current process beat them.
