Free kittens (West Orange)

Stray ferrell cat's in my back yard. I don't know where they came from, I do know that there is two Mothers that keep having kitten. West Orange won't do anything about this problem!!!! Come and at least get these three kittens before it gets really cold outside!!!! ( 8 cats in all)

Pat, I'm always confused when you post these things. We always have free kittens on CL here. Year round. Yeah, I know, they 'could' end up in bad situations. But we have SO MANY kittens around here!

There is an effort to get ACOs after these folks, because they are supposed to have a license to breed AND cats are supposed to have a special license ONLY if they are not fixed.

One ACO (or so the posting said) posted to say if he went after the kitten folks, he'd never do anything else, there are so many in his city.
