In Chicago, IL: Contact [email protected] or text 815-603-1157 to adopt “Monkey.” 5-mo.-old, male, orange Tabby Kitten with cerebellar hypoplasia very handsome, snugly, sweet, fun; Cerebellar hypoplasia is similar to cerebral palsy in people (his mom might have suffered from distemper before he were born, so he has a neurological condition); Monkey gets around really well although occasionally he’ll fall down, or roll around; perfectly happy kitten who has no idea he is different; loves cats, dogs & people of all ages including children. The disease is not degenerative, so the more exercise & interaction he gets, the better his mobility will become. Monkey uses his litter box like a good boy, is otherwise healthy, neutered, de-wormed, virus-tested, micro-chipped, & up-to-date on vaccinations; adoption fee of $125 benefits the rescued pets of the Friends of Chicago Animal Care & Control.
