    Beach walk FLUFF APPROVED!

Finally found a beach walk for us.

We've had thick clouds with occasional rain for 2 days.

The fluffs are really enjoying the wide open space.

Riley just runs and runs and runs. In this vid, at the very start, you see how she gets going and then turns on the POWER!

    Lots more photos to come.

    They enjoy sniffing everything!

Tasha and Riley romp together. Willy is, as always, the play police, barking at them.

This vid shows the length of the beach as we start out; and Willy decides to taste the water.

We see horseshoe crabs on the beach. Here is a small one

    The seagulls have eaten it.

They are farmed as they provide an ingredient for one of the medicines.

Lots of seaweed washes up too

    Plenty more to come!

Found a large horseshoe crab shell, tail gone. Tasha and Riley were fascinated.

Lacey does one run a day, either here or wherever we happen to go. She is getting older. Funny to see compared to Riley who never stops.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StcsG...iwjaNdQGSApTJA

    More house views

Broken shells - the dogs wish I would slow down, they want to sniff each and every one

    More to come!

Riley has to run up and down, and up and down

    Lacey stays up top

At first I thought this area had a bunch of pebbles, as we got closer I discovered they are all periwinkles. Wish I knew which ones were edible!

Tasha decided to sample a water hole

I have loads more vids, haven't uploaded them to youtube yet. I put in the ones I thought were the best. Hope you enjoyed!

Karen, it isn't actually a beach, I just don't know what to call it. At high tide, it is all covered. Providence harbor is quite polluted, no swimming in it. In the last photos you can see the road we use, that is for loading and unloading boats - again at high tide, the water is quite close there as well. It is in East Providence at Larisa Park, not far from where I live.

Oh My! Sandie, I enjoyed the picture show! I think I watched all the vids and I know I looked at all the photos. Your babies sure did enjoy their outing. It was fun to see some of them run full out. I was going to ask what beach but you've already answered that question. Your dogs sure do come when you call them--well trained. Enjoyed it.

Aww, these pictures were great, Sandie!! I loved them. And what beautiful scenery. So glad it was fluff approved!! I can't believe they didn't try to eat the horse shoe crab, that would have been the first thing Mikey would have done.

Sandie, I reallllly liked your beach pics. I liked them so much that I've been "playing" with them and have edited a couple. Hope you dont mind. I did it with Picasa Photo program. No, I'm not advertising for them; it's just a fun program and it's free and I use it for all my pics. Here's some Before and After... Kay

Low tide - I can smell the salt water all the way out here Rhode Island is 3% bigger at low tide

I was going to ask where these were taken, but saw your answer to Karen.

I'm so pleased so many are enjoying our beach jaunt! The only reason it is 'our private beach' is due to the weather. We went back again on Monday - sunny and 70 degrees -- and there were quite a few folks walking, with and without dogs. My dogs were a bit surprised he heee.

And on the Monday visit, Tasha found a dead fish and did what she does best: ROLLED IN IT! So Tuesday was spa day here, they all got baths and trims, and we won't go back for a few days. It's raining so wouldn't be there anyway, but I don't need to HAVE to bath them after an outing, ha haaa.

Kay, wow those photos came out great! The original conveys the big wide open space. The framed ones with the sand most sharply toned really spotlights the dogs. What a difference, with the same photo! Thank you so much!
