    Cali has minor ear infection

I woke yesterday am to Cali sitting beside me on the bed scratching her right ear. She scratched so hard she removed a patch of fur! She refused to let me inspect the interior of her ear so off to the vet we went. She was such a good girl getting looked at, listened to, poked and prodded. The vet couldn't get over what an "easy" cat she was. Turns out she has a wee infection in that right ear. We got some meds and off we went to home. She took her meds and let me wash out her ear. Such a trooper she is. She's going to be having a dental soon, inside the next 6 months, as a preventative measure. I so love this girly!

So glad this has gone so well, Cali and Gayle!

She deserves extra loving for being such a good girl at the vet! Give her a kiss right between the ears from me, okay?
