    Have you guys been in a drought? Yep, 3.97 inches, but as long as it is spread out over the next cupel days, maybe things won't flood too badly!

    Actually, Karen, we had a huge storm and downpour on Monday - there are flooding warnings, boil-water-advisories in the NW part of Calgary, and once-gentle running brooks are raging torrents of muddy water.

    June is the rainy month here - but this is really heavy. 4" seems like a lot because the last dump of H20 hasn't settled down yet.

    There's a picture gallery here that gives some idea - this story is from yesterday (Thursday). These are rivers that have that lovely pristine mountain blue colour. Not so much now!
