Adorable Arabella!
Dearest Bella, a.k.a. Arabella, you are precious! What a beautiful Persian lady you are, absolutely stunning with that long, fluffy white fur that looks so very soft, and that sweet face with the cute pink nose and those lovely big golden eyes. You are so comfortable and happy in that great photo, and thanks for sharing it with us. I wish I could reach through the screen and down to Shadyside, OH to pet you, and pet your three kitty brothers, too. I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrents will pet you all for me .
And what a delightful story you have to tell! Your Purrrents bought their home, and your dear Meowmie wanted a "beat up old tom cat" and a "prissy furry girl, that feet never hit dirt" (whom she had already named Arabella). She found the tom cat right away, and then dear Dad found another boy and brought him home. Before long, a third boy arrived. Then Meowmie's friend found a "full blooded persian, spayed and free to good home" ad in the paper! Meowmie called the person, who was concerned her kitty would find the right home where she would be cared for properly. Meowmie explained she "did not want her to do anything other than just be pretty." That sealed the deal! You came to your Furrrever Home, where you are doing your job of looking pretty to Purrrfection! You and your dear Purrrents and kitty brothers all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Arabella, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrents and kitty brothers and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
