Wow Sky, I recognized your handsome face right away even in a thumbnail- that's what makes Pet Talk special- that we know some other kitties as if they were our own.
I always felt very close to your and your family of brothers and sisters and that is because of your meowmie's talent to take wonderful pictures of her boys and girls.

Barbara is exactly right, we do adopt all the Cats we see on Pet Talk, in a platonic way.
We just love seeing You Big Sky , you are such a Great Happy Cat and we are so glad to see that you have been honored as Our Cat Of The Day.

Very heart warming story! Sky is awesome! Love the before and after picture he looks like 2 different cats. He looks so much more natural with his long hair, hard rocker look

Beautiful Sky!

I was lucky enough to go to a cat show with Sky's mommy once. It was so much fun. Luckily none of us came home with a kitty though. But there were plenty that I fell in love with.

By the way, good job on the rename. Sky is so much more dignified for this beautiful boy than Herman!

Thanks for all of the nice comments everyone.

I'm a very proud meowmie today and this is also a wonderful early birthday present for me. My b-day is on Sunday.

I'm so glad that I met Sky that day and that I was able to adopt him. I remember that when the people at the cat show heard that he had gotten adopted that they all started clapping. It turns out that he had become their favorite cat that day and he would never have to return to the Humane Society ever again.
