Two very strange pictures I made

In 365, where I'm still uploading my pictures, they have surrealism as a weekly theme right now. For that reason, I worked on two creations that are very different from what I usually do, and I thought I'd share them.

Won't do something like this again because it was so much work, and it took a long time to make them, especially the second one which is actually a collage of 15 or 16 of my photos (for the first one, I used only 6 photos). Working on them wasn't good for my back either...

What do you think? It's some weird stuff, isn't it? lol

    Hi Kirsten,
Both are great but the second one is my favorite. That would make quite a poster!

    WOW! These are amazing.

What a gift you have, Kirsten!

Very cool! You are a definite artist. Very talented. What program did you use to make these? You should submit them to some kind of photo contest.

Fantastic- both of them but I think the second one is even better. You ARE an artist! I cannot believe that you can create like this even when you are mentally and physically exhausted!

I'm working with Corel Photopaint; for some reason, I like that one better than Photoshop. With these two pics, I have also used a Lo-Fi filter in the end.

I think that the polar bear balancing the globe, would be an awesome pic all by itself. Very thought provoking..........

Yes, maybe I could do something like that again... He's actually balancing a soap bubble, but I wanted it to symbolize a globe - his world, that is about to disappear. Like the bubbles do...
