This is usually played as a drinking game (not that I would know anything about that).
What you do is take the first letter of the last name to start the new name.
Example: The last person says Peter Gabriel. The next person has to start their name with the letter G; like George Burns. The next person starts their name with the letter B. Fake or real names work. A person can use Bugs Bunny if they want.
