Question About my birds

I bought a new cage for my bird and some spots are peeling. nothing major, but would like to cover it up. Does anyone know of a paint that i can put on there that isnt gonna do harm to her?

Can you leave her in the old cage for now, or for a day while you paint the new one and let it dry? Ask at your hardware store for a scent-free paint - they make some now, and explain it is for metal. If you go to a local hardware store, instead of a "big box" store, you can usually find someone knowledgeable. I have always had trouble with paint fumes myself, but the last time we had the old apartment painted, they used the good stuff and it didn;t smell or bother me at all.
