Beagle Puppies!

Oh my dogness, friends, guess what I just saw? In the research department next to us they have had 7 beagle pups who have been having their blood drawn periodically for some kind of research. The pups are done and the last two are going to their forever families today. They were going to be put down when the research ended, but the word went out ... and just like that, all 7 were adopted. Anyhow, the last two employees are here to pick up their Christmas Beagle Babies! And we got to see them before they went home. They had bows around their neck that said "Santa, I'm Nice!" One was very calm and looking over his person's shoulder and the other was very excited, licking people's fingers and wagging his tail. Before they go home they get weighed, measured and I believe there is some paperwork. One of the gals brought a carrier and the other, the carrier is in the car with dad. She is going to carry the puppy to the door, they're going to take some photos and then head on home. So... now the research department is coming up with a process for what to do in the future if they have adoptable animals and how best to get them homes. Apparently they got a lot of calls. Christmas Beagle Pupsters, so adorable!
