    Yall this has nothing to do with animals but im Homa sick(Oklahoma sick) does any one here live in OK?????

    Kay, sorry you are home sick. I used to get that way every time I left for college, and then again, every time I left to come home from school, then again when I moved to Seattle. Time does help, so does talking about it, and keeping your mind busy with other activities. Hugging puppies would help me, too, I am sure. Treat yourself extra special right now. Write letters to those that you miss, and try to make new friends too! Good luck.

    I'm real sorry too Kay - Homesickness sucks doesn't it? Diane; daughter over there in Chicago still gets 'it bad' after almost 5 years. Your in my thoughts although I'm in the UK not OK!!!!

    Woopsy.dont hate me i mislead all of you ...i should have explained.......I was vistiting OK for 2days and didnt want to go...welll then when i got there i felt home unlike i do here and then i didnt want to leave,its hard to explain......sorry for the missunderstanding...

    That's okay. But my younger brother just got back from Oklahoma, and he was pining to be here the whole time! (He has to fly to Norman, OK several times a year for training and equipment upgrades stuff, but Massachusetts is where his wife (hi, Jenny! ) their dog, the three cats, and his 14-month-old daughter were, so here is where he wants to be!

    Guess he doesn't see the charm of OK that you do ... maybe it's just not in Norman.

    You know, sometimes we find a place that just grabs us and we want to stay there. I've had that happen to me in the NC and TN mountains and in Florida.

    Just know that one day, you will be able to choose where you want to be..........

    I'm sure you will choose wisely at that point!

    Yeah, see, for Native American blood, we've just got some Micmac - mostly Maine up through most of Quebec was/is their territory. No wide flat-for-miles places, all forests and lakes and hills!

    I've had that happen to me in the NC and TN mountains and in Florida.

    I'm sure you will choose wisely at that point! >Yeah,my best friend said that as soon as she gets her licens in 2 yrs where going to go to OK,to visit....hopefully.....but we are sapossed to go again next year,and i could more than likely stay down there my mom said unc. would gladly let me stay..and i said "realy?!" and she said yea,but one thing got me that im not willing to give up just for Ok......my pets cant foget them......
