Lord:....He was a very handsome fellow. I am so sorry for your lost.
When you lose an animal it is like losing a member of your family.
I am very happy that you made him DOTD. We got to see and read such nice thing about him.

Beautiful Lord...What a gorgeous GSD you were, inside and out; everything we dog lovers cherish in your beloved breed; beauty, intelligence, loyalty, and my heart breaks knowing you are no longer with your family. You left this earth, your family, way too soon Lord, and I can just imagine how much your Mommy, your Daddy and brother Baron miss you. But we're so glad your family nominated you so that we could honor you and pay tribute to the very, very special doggie you were, how much you meant to your family. You left everlasting pawprints on their hearts, and your beautiful spirit lives on there, and in the beautiful memories you made; comforting them until that happy day when you all are reunited! Until then Lord, run happy, and free and healthy at the Rainbow Bridge, no longer having to fear those wet and rainy days, but basking in its heavenly light, along with all of our beloved furangels.

My love and sympathy to the family of Lord; how blessed how were to have known his love and devotion those 7 years. It was an honor to meet him and celebrate his much deserved, extra special, Sunday Dog of the Day...Dog of a Lifetime, honors.

My Dear Friends,
My heart aches for you over the loss of your beloved Lord. I, too, know the pain and grief of losing a pet, and more times than I care to relate but I cannot be without my beloved animals whom my Heavenly Father has placed in my life's path to care for.
Lord was a beautiful dog and the look in his eyes was incredible. As someone said, there are no storms at the Rainbow Bridge to frighten this "gentle giant" any more, just nice, warm, sunny days in which to run and play with others who have gone before him and have come since he arrived. I truly believe that believers in Jesus will have their pets with them again when they pass from this earth and go Home...
May the Lord bless and keep you and make His Face to shine upon you, giving you peace. May He comfort your heart and perhaps bring another pet into your life's path so you can make their life as happy as was Lord's.

Hello, Lord was a beautiful boy and I'm sure he is greatly missed.
We have our beloved animal companions with us such a short time, but
seven years is indeed a very short time. Sounds like he was loved very
much by his family. Lord is very deserving of honor as DOG OF THE DAY.

I love German Shepherds and Lord was so handsome. So sad to lose such a good friend.
