T.V. Commercials

I never watch commercials, I find them such a nuisance! The same goes for radio. In fact, I think it's the voices they use that I find the most irritating. When we started getting them on TV here, John and I timed them (they are running slightly longer on some channels) and we figured out that there was just enough time to go to the bathroom and make a pot of tea. Luckily, they're not on all channels.

I love the Subaru commercial where the Dad is instructing the daughter on being careful driving and he is seeing her as a little girl but at the end they show that she is an actual teenager, it really hit home for me.

Me too. We (hubby and I) actually shed a tear the first time we saw it, immediately immagining our little girl in 16 years....

I like the Delta faucet H2o ad about 'What your hands can do'. It's upbeat and catchy with all the messy hands. Anyone else like it?

I love it!!! Love the music. I'll stop whatever I'm doing to catch this one. And they're right, it is amazing what our hands can do.

I think my all-time ever favorite commercial is the Super Bowl Coca-Cola spot with Mean Joe Green. (The imitation one with Troy Polamalu doesn't quite work for me, though.)
