    English vocabulary question

I am sure some of you can help!

I am looking for the English word to say that something is uncorrectly or inappropriately named, which is the opposite of "well-named". It seems that "misnamed" does not exist in English, does it?

    Thanks for your help!

Misnamed, or mistitled, are words, as far as I know....

OK, thanks. Dictionaries, either paper or Internet ones, do not indicate that "misnamed" exists, but I believe you
