I agree. Randi's Proud Mum portrait is a winner.

Thanks, but the next ones will be really cute - now that they have their eyes open and can move around better.

In this one, Tilde looks like she saying: "What am I going to do with these little buggers?"

You're dead right! Randi's Proud Mother foto is a prizewinner. By the way, in the picture the kittens are l to r: Gizmo, Ichi, Tubby and Tippi. They've made a lot of progress since the pix were taken. 12 days old now, and the world just ain't big enough, buddy. Gizmo has been establishing territory: Your nipple? You saying that's your nipple? Look me in the eye and say that, you.... Oh. No eyes. Sorry.
Gizmo has generally been ahead in development all the way. Normally, Tippi, the last and smallest (though not so much now) has had a nipple to herself at one end of the mum, Tubby is at the other end, and Gizmo and Ichi have a double-decker thing going with the vertical pair in the middle, usually with Gizmo on top. 'The Giz' is, however' often content with the first available seat in the milk bar, which does cause a domino effect with the other customers.
Gizmo was the first to open her eyes, and yesterday she was the first to take a step! Eat your heart out, Neil Armstrong!

OK, I had to go back and look at the "4 kittens" thread. So Gizmo is the one with the orange stripe down her/his head? Who are males/females? Tippy is of course the one with the white tail tip. One seems lighter, who is that? They were so small and three of them looked quite similar to me when I visited. I can't wait to see how much they've grown. Just say so and I'll come round to shoot some pics.

Now I have discovered that a thread can have a page 2...........

Things are really moving here in the cats' cradle. All four have eyes open, and are trying to walk. Gizmo got her head and front paws out of the box yesterday, and was loudly told off by mum!

Feeding Tilde as much as she wants / needs is a problem when Pjevs is around. When he takes a stroll outside, we have to sneak into the kitchen and make as little noise as possible. No creaky refrigerator doors, no noisy cans being opened, do NOT knock the spoon against the bowl, do NOT turn on the light, and above all, do NOT miaow.

Yes, there can indeed be more than one page. Under UserCP>Options>Thread options, you can set it to show 40 posts per page.

I can picture you and Kate sneaking around in the kitchen trying to prevent Pjevs from stealing Tilde's food. But don't forget him, he needs some extra cuddles also. I bet Tilde and the kittens are getting a lot of attention and he may feel left out.

I can't wait the kittens with their eyes open.

Oh! Jessica is so proud! Her little protege, Tilde, is such a good pupil. Just look at the way those babies are lined up!

    Looking good Tilde.

Please give me a moment, I need to regain my composure and get up from the floor. Oh and wow! What a beautiful picture!!! Tilde is paying very close attention to what her little baby has to say with an expression of pride and affection on her beautiful face.

I do love the one little guy with his tiny arm across his sibling's shoulder. It just doesn't get any cuter than that

Tilde, you sure are a wonderful mommy to your adorable babies...Great Job!!! Please ask your Meowmie to give you lots of lovies from me?
