Please. help... in need of some advise.

This was emailed to me from a friend... and I'm not really sure what to tell him... any advice you guys can give me that i can pass along would be greatly appreciated....

u might can help me. the guy that moved into ur house has five beagles in a rabbit cage. a year ago, this girl i was datin called animal cntrol and they did nothin about it. last saturday brian called me to come deliver a litter of beagle pups. when i get there the stupid idiot had gone to church. she had went into labor the nite before and had laid there all nite with a pup hung halfway out. i stuck my fingers inside her and was able to free the pup but it was dead. i could still feel pups that were alive inside her though. amy called the guy and i told her to tell him that she needs to go to vet becuz she had stopped pushin. he then called back and said he spoke to a vet and they said she was tired and would start pushin again probably saturday evenin. i called the lady that owns the pet store in griffin and told her. she said no vet in their right mind would have said that and i need to take her to the vet asap. i put her in the back of my exp and went to 2 vets that were closed. i finally took her to an emergency clinic but they couldnt do anything without the guys consent. i then left. he went and got the dog and brought her home without them doin anything becuz he was worried about money. she and the pups died. do u know of anyone i can tell this story to. ill go to court if i have to. help me if u know of anything i can do.

sorry about that... i deleted it

A house i lived in a few years back is now occupied by some people that keep "five beagle" dogs in a rabbit cage. I have talked to my old neighbor a few times and she said the poor dogs bark all the time and they feed them live rabbits.... She said she thinks they are hunting dogs????? So a neighbor across the street sent me the note above ..... I am not sure what to tell him that he can do. When can animal control get involved?

Call/text or something the guy and tell him to go to animal control, or to the police, who can direct him to animal control and tell them the story!

It hurts my heart to know these guys are suffering.

This is horrible. Animal Control would definitely get involved after something like this. Even YOU can contact the SPCA in your area! Make sure something is done for these poor dogs who don't have the means to do anything about it themselves.

Well, I'm thinking it's better than nothing! Doesn't hurt to try and call. Explain the situation, make sure to keep the note your neighbor wrote you. They are there to protect animals, and it would be ridiculous if they didn't even look into your concerns.
