    My Girl Maggy

I have been going down Memory Lane today,I was uploading new pictures of the dogs today, and then going back and looking at older photos,I cannot believe how fast time flies.

My Maggy will be 7 this May,I cannot believe how fast we got here. The last few months Maggy has had some strain on her back end,Not being able to get up on the couch, our bed and most important..her "CAR" she so loves going for car rides,Even if its a few blocks.

It comes and goes, this past week she was up on our bed a few times which makes me very happy to see,Im in the middle of switching vets,Im tired of having the "Eye Diagnosis"Being told what is wrong with my gang with no tests involved,Also im tired of having to be sent to a different vet to get x-rays done,So we have found a new vet that took on all the animals and most improtant,HAS everything,I can deal with one person!

Anyways back to the photos,Here are 2 photos of my Maggy.

The first is when she was just two years old,The next was taken this past week. Its the same pose, and in the same spot of the yard.

Take a look,Poor Mag sure is aging,Grey hair has sure taken over her face.

Enjoy! I sure do enjoy my Girl!

Maggy, I think you are beautiful and I'm glad your mom has found a new doctor who will take good care of you!

Aww, I don't see much gray. Lucky for dogs that have white muzzles, you can't really tell much. I never knew if Honda was white or was starting to gray. Lol!

The light is hitting her the right way i guess lol..If you look in the first picture her ears are black,They are now Grey,Her little eyebrows that were black have all turned grey,Her snout is real grey also,Im not botherd by any means,It just saddens me that she is getting older. It may sound silly but this year with them turning 7 bothers me,I cant handle the thought of them all being in my life for a little over a decade.

Don't let the grey worry you. Our beloved goofy Gracie - a 3/4 Great Dane, started turning grey at age 4, but lived to be 14 1/2, well beyond breed expectations!

Maggy is a beautiful girl and she looks really good for age.. I know the gray hair makes me sad too. Roxy has a lot more than she used to have, and I look at her and think about how old she's getting. *hugs* But I sure have cherished the going on 8 years we've had her and I know you've cherished all your years with Maggy too!
