My parents dog has bladder cancer

My parents dog, Abbey, has a cancerous growth on the wall of her bladder. Its very small and her prognosis is good, as my parents have opted to have it surgically removed on Friday. Can you please say a prayer that she will pull through and that they will get it all out with no need for chemotherapy? She is a merle sheltie (was a show dog but has a bit of a snaggletooth that disqualified her) that my parents adopted from a rescue. My dad is very attached to her and I know he's upset, even though he's trying to act strong. I know that PT prayers work wonders so please keep her and my dad in her thoughts!

    Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear this but glad her prognosis is good. I've got plenty of spare prayers and will be offering them up for Abbey. I once had four wonderful shelties but then moved on to pound puppies. The shelties are better than human if ya' know what I mean. All good thoughts and prayers for dear Abbey.

Abbey did very well during her surgery! They were able to remove all of the tumour, and got her bladder stitched back up and it passed a leak test. Now they are sending the growth in to have it analysed. My dad is very happy to hear she did so well for her procedure!
