    Tiger toy

I've heard some good things from somebody who's used a toy like this one.http://www.dogdoors.com/productView.php?id=45 Has anybody else ever tried them? It sounds like something my monsters would like. Thanks!

I'd give that about 10 sec. in my house.
WE use packing strips thier about a 1/4 inch wide about 3 ft long. Take 2 tie a knot in teh middle and the fun begines. They last for months.

We agree that those strips ARE fun, but I think this thing would be plenty tough enough, even for this crowd, IF it were hung from a stud by a mega-sturdy hook!! Otherwise, yes, it'd be down in a matter of minutes.

Remember I have the bunch that sreds 2x4's. We had a couple of hanging toys. They were able to pull them down far enouogh to chew through the cords.

Actually, I have used this toy -- it was years ago, but my two Siamese cats loved it. I actually hung it up in the basement from one of the floor rafters and they had many hours of good exercise playing with it and each other.

LOL Gill! Ours chew thru industrial cardboard packing boxes in no time. Never had any wood destroyers until this last bunch and now I'm worried if the load bearing beams are going to hold the roof up!

This is truly a novel toy, but I too think the miniature version of this toy would never make it in our house. Not so sure if the one for the zoo tigers would hold up! LOL.

So what exactly are packing strips? The 'last for months' part wins big points in our house! Couple that with 'fun' too and it has to be the purr-fect toy!
