    Question about Goofy Boomer

I know a lot of dogs are on the raw diet. Boomer is not...he eats a very good dry food, however. Well, this afternoon, Boomer grabbed a boneless raw chicken breast and would NOT give it back. Usually we can take things out of his mouth, or he will drop if we tell him to, but raw chicken was just too good! Anyway, my question is....Do you think eating his raw chicken will make his stomach upset since he's not on a raw diet? I really don't think it will, but I wanted to ask. Thanks!!

I'd say probably not. I wouldnt think that would be enough to make him sick. Maybe if he seems extra gurgle-y, you could give him a tums. We always gave them to Zeke to help selttle his stomach and prevent him from throwing up. (He had an acidic stomach problem.)

When I'm cutting up raw chicken, I'll give our three the 'bad' pieces as snacks. They don't seem to mind one bit. Of course, they're all velcro-dogs when I'm cutting up chicken. Ours don't eat raw either.. currently on Blue Buffalo.

I would say no because the food you probably feed him has good protein in it. But if it were, I don't think it would make him any more sick than eating something he wasn't supposed to... but that's just my opinion. Lol I could be wrong.

He was fine....I made him stay outside a while longer Yes, you are probably right about his dog food having a lot of protein in it. I will never let him get another one, though...it was like the exorcist movie!! He changed from sweet little Boomdog to growling wolf dog!! LOL
