Loose poops and some blood

Hi everyone,
Bilou's mom here. I'm the one with the four week old abandoned kittens. So far I have found two of them homes. They will be both raised indoors by wonderful women. They will be going in approximately 2 weeks. But, my question is this: Does anyone know how long before their poops are soooo soft? They are getting approx. 5 TBSP of formula daily each, and soft food 2 - 3 times a day. The other thing is, that there is a slight bit of blood in their poop. I was told by the manager at the pet store that has raised kittens at home that that is fairly normal in kittens and that they are too young to treat right now. Is that true? Also, at what age are they able to get their first shots and worming?

Vet check!!!! They may have parasites....thus the blood....GOOD LUCK with the wee ones...

I agree - VET. Ask for a payment plan if you need to; the vet may be quite reasonable if you explain how you came to have these babies.
