Hey everyb0dy , I just wanted to let all of you know that I'm currently working in a non-kill animal shelter . I'm 18 yrs old and this is my first job , and I'm real excited. It's located around where I live and that's in NEW YORK CITY . I just wanted to post this so maybe some of you ladies can click the link & read and give some donations if you like . Well here's the link , and let me tell you this is the best shelter ever, and I love every minute of me working there. And sad to say in this recession Animal Shelters are being overwhelmed with Cats and Dogs who are six or seven years or older, once the apples of thier families eyes who are now old and no longer fun.
Good luck on your new job, and I know that you will do what you can to help these Creatures Of Our Lord God get a Second Chance!

It's sad how everyone only wants the kittens. I always look for the older cats to adopt. It hasn't always worked that way, but I have given a home to kittens and senior citizens. Love the oldsters!!! You have my dream job, by the way.
