This gives new meaning to the term drive thru!

This took place in my town. I actually have a couple of photos on my phone. I was driving home from taking Morgan to the vet's office and saw this:

It was the strangest thing seeing how perfectly he was "parked" right in the middle of the building. Thankfully no one was inside and no others were injured in the surrounding parking lots.

Here's the link to the story.

When we were in high school, my friend was awoken one night by what she, sleepily, imaged must be an earthquake. A drunk guy veered pretty far off the road and drove his car into their house, fortunately she was on the second floor - he drove right under her bedroom. Thankfully, the people who lived downstairs from her were asleep at the other end of the house.

Wow, if my mother was alive, I'd say she probably did it. LOL She drove through the post office once, thought she stepped on the brake and it was the gas instead and POW! She broke her nose and her hand and put my dad right through the windshield but he walked away w/out a scratch, if you can believe it. Thankfully, no one else was hurt and that was her last driving episode. Every time the phone rang, I was always worried that she or my dad had had an accident and that's exactly why. She didn't do that much damage as was done to the DQ, though.
    Blessings,
    Mary

A similar incident happened in town here not too long ago. A guy driving a pickup hauling a travel trailer decided to go thru the bank drive thru. More damage to the trailer than the drive thru canopy tho.

And men complain about women drivers?????

Yesterday in Pittsburgh there was almost a similar situation. A car blew a tire and skidded through the parking lot of a pizzeria, plowing through tables and chairs and just missed going into the building by a matter of two feet! Outside of the chair and table damage, the car, a newer Chevy Impala was demolished, but noone was injured.
