putting the new pup on deebos' back is telling deebo that the pup is dominate
over him, dogs can express dominance by resting head on the others body. that might be a problem depending on deebo. being a chi, how assertive is deebo? BTW the pictures are really cute
joyce who has princess peanut, spokesdog for the catpack, mojo, magic, kira and squirty, members of the catpack, angel duke, a good dog who is missed and angel alex the wonder dog, handsome prince.

ok I have been watching the thread and am obsessed with the little one! So cute, it makes me so sad he was left alone. I have found a couple dogs around in the past year and it just breaks my heart. Luckily the couple I have found, we shortly found their parents after. I found a min pin, natural ears and tail. He fell in love with me. we had him about 8 hours and finally saw the signs. They had no idea. They had him for 2 hours. just got back from the breeder and put him in the back yard. no collar, no chip, nothing i felt so bad for him. when we got a hold of the family the dog wouldn't get out of my car and cried when we gave him back. I must admit i did too, the little boy picked him up and gave us his allowance he had saved, I said use that for a collar and make sure the fence is secure since min pins are sneaky sometimes and gave the money back. I still miss little rex
anyways. the little man is so cute, hopefully he has a home with you and if not I love him already haha thanks for posting more pictures!!!!!

I was a little worried about that, too. Deebo looks really uncomfortable in one of the pics (ears way back, eye whites showing, tightened mouth), but I'm assuming the Pup only kept that pose for about 1 minute at most so I'm sure it's just a fleeting memory now

In the one picture where you can see my hand holding the puppy on Deebo's back, I just did that to keep him still for the one pic after he already climbed up on his back. I didn't put him there.. Deebo is a little upset that there is a new little man around here, but I wouldn't do anything to make Deebo feel like the pup is more important.

    His owners claimed him..
They had pictures of him from age 2 weeks (from the breeder) up till right before he was lost..
Like I had thought, he got out of their car, and they didn't realize it. Their daughter is 6, and they said she must have left the door open on the car a little too long, and some how didn't realize that he had fallen out.

They didn't seem like the best of owners, but I couldn't keep him from them since it was obviously their dog..
    I really do miss him.

His name is Mason, and he is indeed a yorkie/chihuahua mix.

    Awwwww, NUTZ!

Hope Mason's 'family' appreciates him as much as WE all did!

Did you suggest they try a COLLAR & TAGS on the Pup?

Have a nice life Mason - we're gonna miss ya!

    Good On Ya, Cori!!
