    Penny and precious

Well it looks like Penny is offialy the up stairs cat and Precious (Pretty Girl) the down. Penny has desided that she is going too live on our bed. She only comes of too play with Roz, eat or use the box. She has also becoming my wifes baby and likes to cuddle at night with a purr that could wake the dead.
Precious on the other hand likes the back room (TV) and loves to cuddle and whatch TV. She has the softest purr, but if you move too much you will get a low growl. Of course you are too stay in one postion the whole night.
Now if we could get her to use one of the boxs we would be set.

    Gill,

When my sister had Pretty Girl inside, we confined her to one room and she used the litter box their. I think she has a hard time seeing and maybe she can't smell it.

I see that you added her to your list on the photos. Does that mean you are keeping her and Donna is not taking her?

Well congratulations on the newest addition to the household

I have 4 blind cats and they usually do not have any problems with the litter boxes, but I have plenty of litter boxes (10) scattered around the house so there is always one handy "just in case".

Start her off in a small room with a little box and then expand her "area" but keep the box in the same place until she is familar with the location of other boxes in the house.

    John,

Thanks for sharing such beautiful pictures of your newest additions. What happened to the name "Cuddles"? Doesn't matter. As long as she's happy, that's what matters.

Again, you and Lucy are my heroes. Bless you!!

Aren't you wonderful, John! God bless you and all your family (of all species).

Thank you all. It seems that Precious has used a litter box in the past. So I believe that she is just being a little defiant. She is at the point that when I come home from work she sits in front of my chair and waits for me too pick her up. This can get interesting as Lucky, Bart, Dimetri and Mit's have the same thing in mind. The rule is:
    1. Human must be seated with in 5 minuets of entry.
    2. Chair must be large enough to fit at lest one large cat (18-26 lb) and
    human on seat.
    3. Chair must have square arms for a comfy cat seat.
    4. Chair MUST be equipped with a blanket too cuddle under on humans chest.
The seating arrangement is usually Bart and I on the seat Mit’s on one arm, Lucky on the other and now Precious on my chest with Dimetri on my lap. At this point I could turn off the heat in the house and never get cold.
    Pic's:
    1. Bart on my chair with blanket
    2. Bart & Peak same place
    3. Lucky asleep on the arm
    4. Mit's on the other arm
    5. Precious on me

I'm so glad that she is comfortable their and happy.

I hope she will soon use the litter box, I guess the good thing is she is semi-trying since she's going next to it.

Thank you again for all your help with this and being able to keep her. I really appreciate it. I really wish I could've kept her but I'm happy to see that she is happy now and safe and warm and that she won't have to worry about where her next meal will be coming from.

Thank you again, and please remember if there is anything I can to do help out with her just let me know.
