It's impossible for us to tell you the URL from an attached file. If you want the URL for an image then right click the image in question (on the ORIGINAL site) and then click properties.

However, you should try not to off-site link so much. I know you had a problem with this before, so you should try to upload images to your own webspace instead of using other peoples bandwith and space. Not only is this the polite thing to do, but it is also better for you since a lot of site has a protection against off-site linking.
