    Going Out of Town

I'm going out of town later this week so...mother's little helper...

First I need to dig down in here to make a little extra room...

If I really scrunch down she'll never notice until she unpacks...

    Okay...zipper up!

    DARN! Bye mom....promise....I'll be good.....

Edwina don't worry. Even if you couldn't go along I am sure Mom has taken a few of your precious widdle hairs with her on the trip!

LOL!!! Isn't it hard to leave with that sweet face watching forelornly from the window? I love the one of her peeking out of the suitcase. You must bring her a new hat to make up for leaving her.

    Awwwwwwwww........

Poor Edwina. What a precious girl....and she hates to see her mommy leave. Can't blame her! I never liked being away from my mom either. Still don't like it!
Have a good and safe trip, Sara. We will welcome you back, just like Edwina!!!

Awww, aren't they priceless pictures!! - and SO typical cats!

Edwina, on the third suitcase pic. you seem to be thinking: I wonder if she noticed I'm here, she just may let me come along! And one the window one: Is she going to turn around and come back in! Edwina, you are precious!!

Sara, have a nice trip and be safe! Anywhere exotic this time?

Edwina you are such a character. I love that picture of her peeking over the edge. It's as if she's trying to hide, but wants to take one last peek to make sure you notice her there.

Have a great trip, Sara, and I'm sure Edwina will be waiting with baited breath for your return. (I know we will be because there won't be anymore Edwina pictures until you do )

I like those pictures, I bet some of my cats would be just the same. Be sure to have plenty of canned food and/or cat nip when you get back.

Edwina is really a character - surely she can´t stand being without her mommy constant attentions!!

By the way, how does Edwina react when you´re back? A friend of mine has a cat that gets angry everytime she´s away. When she´s back, her cat (Duquesa, Spanish for Duchess! ) doesn´t look at her in the eye for a day or so, and actually steps out of any room my friend enters until they make friends again!! It´s really funny!

Have a nice and safe trip!

Yum Yum and Duchess are the same way when we go away...They get very angry at us and usually destroy something or have a hairball about!

Milwaukee....I don't know that exotic is the best adjective!

This morning I said to my husband..."Where's Edwina? Do you think she is angry with me because my suitcase is out? She left during the night and hasn't come back!"

Here's where we found her. And yes...those are my carefully pressed linen pants she is on....

Even if you couldn't go along I am sure Mom has taken a few of your precious widdle hairs with her on the trip!
Thanks Pam for giving her ideas!

What a funny and sweet kitty Edwina is! And she will probably miss you as much as you're missing her!

    Have a nice trip!
