    RE inexpensive flea collars

    Wow - I did not realize that they didn't work. When I still had Jake the dog, I used the spot treatment that you put on their necks. I will go back to that for the cats. Thanks everyone. Stripe's neck seems to be healing Ok. I did call the toll free # that was on the box and talked to a vet. She said that the sores will heal and the fur will grow back. By the way it was Zodiac brand and I definitely won't buy them again.

    I quit using flea collars a long time ago, had heard to many bad things about them..

    Special Needs Pets just leave bigger imprints on your heart!
