Thursdays #278 ... Summer in the City

Thought I'd open up a day early because I feel like this summer is passing me by! I'd like to sit outdoors with a tall glass of iced tea.
Praying for peace in the Middle East, Ukraine, and around the world.

I've been Boo'd ... right off the stage!

Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!
Brrrr, I've been Frosted! Thank you, Asiel and Pomtzu!

That sounds absolutely wonderful! Can I join you out here in the sun? Nothing nicer than sitting out on a summer's evening.

Maybe we could fire up the barbeque.

Okay, shrimp, chicken, corn, some ribs.....(Lady, stop drooling, it's not ladylike)

    Anything I'm missing?

Someone start loading the seement mixer, I'm gonna need it if I'm cooking.

David, have you seen the remote? Last time I saw it it was covered in Lady's drool over in a corner somewhere.

We need Orc to do some of this heavy lifting.

Found it, LH. It was wedged between the sofa cushions. Oh good! Lady's drool didn't hurt the batteries. I'll wipe it off and get Orc over here.

Oh darn, I missed last night's dinner. What's for breakfast? I will fry up some bacon (why do you fry "up" bacon and not "down"??)

Doesn't some fresh squeezed orange juice sound good too?

I don't know what I'm going to make, but any suggestions for something to get the taste of this durned cough medecine out of my mouth?

    Maybe a shot of Takillya?

You know guys, one of these days we are going to have to give the seement mixer back. I heard the construction crew has been looking all over for it. They just never thought to look behind a cyberspace bar

Gee Gini, I hate the thought of someone actually putting cement in the seement mixer!

It wasn't stolen, it was re-appropriated!

Besides, possession is 9/10ths of the law!

One of those seement maker slushies would hit the spot, and if I have enough of them I may be able to sleep through my flight in the morning.
