Oh my goodness!!! Look at those little sweeties! Teeny is really really small compared to her sister, wow! Those huge eyes and those big paws just look so funny, it's like "Alien kitten" (but in a cute way!).

Big kisses and hugs to those two sweeties!

A sad and depressing update. These two babies passed away. Little Teenie passed away tuesday and Tiny passed away today. I don't know if I can handle fostering kittens again and losing them. I got very attached to these little girls.

They were adorable... I am so sorry

You will never get over it, but, your heart will allow you to do it again, once the need comes up. I will pray for you.

    RIP sweet little babies

    Thank you so much Michelle!

I am just now seeing this and I am so sorry! I know how it is to get attached to the wee ones but sometimes they get called to the RB and there is nothing that can be done. Bless you for giving these little ones love.

Cat rescue and/or fostering has its heartbreak, to be sure, but it also has its rewards. Just try to remember that they at least got to experience the warmth of the human touch and plenty of love in their brief little lives and that's because of you. Once you get over the shock of it all, your heart will expand again and you'll foster because you won't want to give in to the heartbreak. For now, be comforted in knowing that they're free now to play at the Bridge and your PT friends are praying for you.
    Blessings,
    Mary

I know it is heartbreaking, but please understand the rewards and what it means to these baby kitties. You open your heart and home to them. That means everything. You can do it again, please don't give up.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

I am so sorry...how dear they were, with those big eyes...

I hope that lady that brought them in and lied about their age finds out - not that she would care...

But they got to be loved, and squealed over, and fed - and have a REAL mom in you.

No baby will replace them...but perhaps one day there will be another little one in need, and your heart will have room to love again.

OMG... I'm so sorry to hear this sad news.

    Oh the poor tiny things.

Please don't stop fostering! Please don't.
I know the heartbreak will take time to heal, but opening your home and heart to others in need will help heal all.

Rest easy now little Teenie and Tiny.

Awwww! I am really saddened to hear that they didn't make it but you gave them the best chance they had! Without you, they wouldn't have known love and wouldn't have had a soul to grieve for their passing. God brought them to you so they would have that.
