my cat got out and now is acting crazy

my cat babi girl she gets out and i always get her but i left and did not know that she got and and i was gone for 4 hours and when i came back and i realized that she was out and went 2 go get her and then when i found her she ran from me to the door and up the stair in the room.. she started 2 meow at and tried 2 attack me and kept and i tried and tried 2 touch her and it was working and then she got like that again.. so i grabbed her and put her in the bath.. and dried her and was acting fine and when i touched her on her back she freaked..

i think maybe she got into a fight or maybe she got pregnant...
i just know 4sure she dont like other cats so i dont know wat 2 do someone please help me i want her 2 be the loving cat she use 2 be..

How old is she?

Why is she not spayed?

Did this happen today?

It sounds like she may have been injured if she reacts strongly when you touch her back. She needs to see a vet as soon as possible.

I agree totally. Acting in pain is a sign she needs medical attention. Fight wounds aren't always obvious and can turn into an infected abcess days or weeks later.
