Jake went to the bridge today, with help from our wonderful vet. We were home, it was peaceful, but clearly time. For those who didn't read the prior posts, he had hemangiosarcoma, and we had 3 1/2 wonderful weeks where he was comfortable and able to do the things he loved and for us to spoil him after his diagnosis.

He was very loved, and will be very missed. Hopefully he is running in the snow and crashing in the waves.

I also am glad you had some good days with Jake - that photo of him running and grinning from several weeks ago - I hope you get those framed. They are good memories of a very loved doggie.
